Who we are

This website belongs to HandyManWorthing, a handyman service based in Worthing, West Sussex. If you have any questions about your details, email [email protected] or call 07831 124226.

Cookies

We don't use cookies on this website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly our pages load. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal data. We also count, anonymously, when someone sends an enquiry. This only records that the form was used, on which page and when. It doesn't record your IP address, your device or anything you type. When you send an enquiry, we use Brevo to email it to us and send you a confirmation.

What we collect when you send your job list

When you use the form on our website, we collect your name, phone number, town, your job list, your best time to call if you choose one, and your email address if you give it.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, talk your jobs through with you and arrange any work you ask us to do. We never use them for marketing and we never sell them.

Who handles your details

Your enquiry is sent to us by email through Brevo, an email service. If you gave your email address, Brevo also sends you a confirmation and keeps a record of your enquiry for us. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both only handle your details on our behalf.

How long we keep your details

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] and we'll deal with it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
